About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for leadership and management to oversee a small caseload of complex care clients. Your responsibilities will include managing their care plans, supporting the induction of new team members, and providing clinical care when needed.

You'll be working holistically with clinical excellence, focusing on building strong relationships with clients, families, and their care teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Regional Nurse Manager team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service.

  • To maintain high standards of quality and governance within your designated area
  • To work closely with commissioners to identify new care packages that will be suitable for our teams
  • To manage a team of Nurse Managers and Field Care Supervisors, support recruitment, and arrange/assist with inductions

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

Registered Nurse with valid NMC PINExperience in supporting people who live with complex care needs and require enteral feeding, tracheostomy, ventilation, PICC lines, and catheterisationLeadership and managerial experience or working towards a qualification

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:
