Female Complex Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Female Complex Care Professional to join our Specialist Services Team. The right candidate will provide high-quality care and support to a client with complex needs, including epilepsy, severe developmental delay, and other health conditions. Our comprehensive clinical training and induction programme will ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide personal care and support to the client, including medication management and seizure management
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and promote the client's independence
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
  • Adhere to Cera's policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and confidentiality

Requirements:



  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably with children with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • DBS/PVG check and references
  • Right to work in the UK
