Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert clinical advice and guidance to adult nursing teams, as well as conducting regular face-to-face visits to assess the needs of adult patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical guidance to adult nursing teams
  • Assess the needs of adult patients through regular face-to-face visits
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of adult patients
