We're seeking an experienced Adult Care Specialist to join our team at Broomfield Village Care Home. In this challenging and rewarding role, you'll provide complex care and support to our residents, helping them overcome physical, emotional, or cognitive challenges.
Key Responsibilities- You'll assess the needs and preferences of our residents, developing tailored care plans that promote independence, dignity, and respect.
- You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals, therapists, and other specialists, to deliver comprehensive care and support.
- You'll be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
As a permanent employee, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including [insert benefits].
