Complex Needs Care Professional

The Complex Needs Care Professional role at Sonderwell involves working closely with individuals who require ongoing support due to their complex needs. You will be responsible for delivering tailored care plans that promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily living tasks, including peg feeding and oral suctioning
- Providing oxygen therapy and managing epilepsy/seizure conditions
- Administering rescue medication as required
