Care Worker Specialist Services Team

Cera Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker Specialist Services Team to provide care and support to our clients in the Chelmsford area. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to individuals with complex needs, including epilepsy, severe global developmental delay, non-ketotic hyperglycinaemia, asthma, recurrent chest infections, constipation, oral and nasal suction, recognition and management of oxygen desaturations, medication preparation and administration, chest physiotherapy, preparation and administration of feeds via mini button, seizure management, hygiene cares, promoted sleep and rest, and symptom management.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being
- Delivering care services according to individual care plans and Cera Care's policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care delivered
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care coordination
Requirements
- Previous experience working with vulnerable adults or children with complex needs
- Valid drivers' license and access to a vehicle
- Enhanced DBS/PVG check and references
- Right to work in the UK
