Resident Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Support Worker to join our team as a Live-in Care Assistant. In this role, you will provide ongoing support and companionship to vulnerable clients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in care work and be able to demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach to supporting our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties- Provide day-to-day support and companionship to our clients
- Assist with activities of daily living and practical tasks
- Work in a flexible and adaptable manner to meet the needs of our clients
The salary for this role ranges from £700 to £800 per week, dependent on the complexity of care required. You will also receive 28 days annual leave (pro rata) and a private room provided for each Live-in Care Assistant.
