About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care Specialist to join our team, working with adults and their families who have complex social needs. You will be responsible for maximizing their potential to live independently, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Job Description

This role involves traveling around Essex, assessing risk, and providing purposeful intervention through direct work, commissioned services, and review. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, sharing ideas and best practice to provide specialist advice.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be a qualified social worker with a current Social Work England registration. You will bring at least 1 year's social work experience, evidence of continuing professional development, and capability of practice in accordance with current professional standards.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £36,101 per annum, rising to £40,709 upon successful completion of the ASYE programme. You will also receive training and development opportunities, flexible working options, and a lease car scheme. Our benefits package includes up to £8000 for relocation, life assurance of three times annual salary, and payment of professional fees for approved professions.

Location

The role is based in Mid Essex, covering the Chelmsford, Braintree, and Maldon area. This diverse locality offers excellent travel links, including direct trains to London.
