About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Essex County Council's Adult Social Care services. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with vulnerable adults, providing advice and guidance in complex situations. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with partner agencies and the local community to provide a supportive framework for vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing occupational therapy services to adults with complex needs
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the needs of adults with complex needs
  • Working with partner agencies and the local community to provide a supportive framework for vulnerable adults
  • Providing advice and guidance to adults with complex needs and their families

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
  • Current Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration
  • Experience of occupational therapy in a community setting
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with partner agencies and the local community
