About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team in Mid Essex, where you will work with adults and their families who have complex social needs and are more vulnerable due to disability, exclusion, or diminished capacity.
As a Social Worker in this role, you will maximize the potential of adults to live independently, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, sharing your knowledge and expertise to provide specialist advice and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of complex adult cases, assessing risk and providing purposeful intervention through direct work, commissioned services, and review.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, partner agencies, and the local community to provide a supportive framework for vulnerable adults.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, family members, carers, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
