About the Role

As a Social Worker in our Adult Social Care team, you will work with vulnerable adults and their families to provide support and guidance. You will assess risk and develop purposeful interventions to help individuals live independently.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, sharing your knowledge and expertise to provide specialist advice and guidance. Your caseload will include complex and challenging adult cases, requiring a high level of skill and expertise.
