Complex Needs Assistant

Job Description:
- Deliver personalized care and support to clients with complex needs, including peg feeding, oral suctioning, oxygen therapy, and epilepsy/seizure management.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique requirements and preferences.
- Collaborate with our care coordinators and nurse managers to ensure seamless client support and continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Experience in providing personal care and support to individuals with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £11.44 - £14.91 per hour, dependent on experience.
