We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be involved in planning and implementing individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues will be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in adult care and a strong understanding of person-centred care principles. You will be expected to work flexibly and be available to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends.
