Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at PrimaryCareCareers.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the work of our busy admin department, providing administrative support to senior administrators, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including patient information and medical correspondence.
- Coordinate workflow and delegate tasks to administration team members as needed.
- Provide training and support to new staff members.
- Enter discharge summaries and read coding to ensure accuracy.
- Type referral letters and summarize medical records.
- Maintain sound administration or secretarial practices.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good knowledge of coding and processing medical correspondence.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
- An estimated salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 4 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays.
