Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support to join our team as an Emergency Duty Service Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Emergency Duty Service team, ensuring accurate and timely information is conveyed to daytime services and updating databases and statistics regularly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Emergency Duty Service team, including maintaining manual and computerised records, and producing high-quality reports, data, and statistical information.
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, internal and external partners, to enable the smooth transfer of information and effective engagement.
  • Administer duties as required, including providing cover for Advisor A/L and being able to move hours forward by 1 hour, 7am start.

Requirements

  • Educated to RQF Level 2 (GCSE) or equivalent by experience.
  • Experience of using IT packages with an extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and other IT systems.
  • Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills with experience of effectively resolving enquiries and escalating as appropriate.
