About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Building Safety team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of our building safety strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage communication channels to facilitate access for safety checks and remedial works, including phone calls and correspondence with customers and contractors.
  • Liaise with Neighbourhood teams and Customer Resolution Centre to establish contact and arrange access for vulnerable customers.
  • Maintain accurate records on CHP's systems, including Keystone servicing and inspection database (KSI) and asset management systems.
  • Control and manage the Building Safety mailbox, allocating correspondence to relevant team members and tracking their progress.
  • Process daily 'pass backs' from contractors who have been unable to gain access after two attempts.
Requirements
  • High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office packages and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the telephone.
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to empathise with customers and find ideal solutions.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
