Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints through to resolution
  • Taking and processing customer orders over the telephone
  • Processing orders received via email
  • Managing and updating standing orders
  • General administration duties

Requirements:

  • Exceptional telephone skills
  • Accurate data entry
  • Confident user of MS package
  • A team player with the ability to work alone when required
  • Confident in managing own workload
