Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at DLS Computers. The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of Windows 10/11 desktop and some server and group policy knowledge, with at least two years previous experience.

The role involves visiting customers' sites on a scheduled basis, whether weekly, fortnightly, monthly or ad-hoc. The successful candidate will be happy to work individually as well as part of a team, with excellent people skills and time management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support for desktop systems
  • Deploying and maintaining Windows 10/11 desktops
  • Troubleshooting network issues
  • Configuring group policies

Requirements:

  • Proven understanding of Windows 10/11 desktop and server environments
  • Experience with group policy configuration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.
