Education Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Education Support Specialist to join our team at New Way Tuition Ltd.
This is a rewarding role that involves providing education and mentoring to students who do not attend mainstream education due to various reasons. As an Education Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering our students to succeed in their educational journey.
The salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Providing personalised academic support in subjects like English, Maths, and more.
- Building meaningful connections with students, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Implementing creative teaching strategies that engage and inspire our diverse learners.
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for each student.
- QTS (QTLS), PGCE, or a Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Maths, or related field.
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children of diverse ages and abilities.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the ever-evolving needs of our learners.
