About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Educational Support Specialist to provide tailored 1:1 tuition for young people who cannot access mainstream school due to SEN, SEMH needs, challenging behavior, exclusions, or other reasons.

\

This role focuses on core academic subjects (English, Maths, and Science) and aims to bridge learning gaps, boost confidence, and re-engage students. We work in the young person's home, care home, or public venues like libraries.

\

As an Educational Support Specialist, you will have autonomy over your schedule and can choose from various roles based on your experience and qualifications. Our team provides flexible working patterns, competitive hourly rates of up to £30, and local regular work opportunities.

Responsibilities include delivering stimulating resources, writing session reports, and having SEN/SEMH experience. Benefits include:
