About the Role
1st Staff Limited is an innovative education provider offering specialist staff nationwide to support students with diverse needs. We are seeking a talented Supportive Education Professional to join our team and make a positive impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality tuition sessions to students with special educational needs
* Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to cater to individual students' requirements
* Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive learning environment
* Collaborate with the support network, including lead tutors and safeguarding leads, to provide comprehensive support
* Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as needed
* Estimated salary: £22,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field
* Proven experience in supporting students with special educational needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Valid DBS check required
* Willingness to undergo further training and professional development.
