Education Support Professional

Our schools in Chelmsford are seeking an experienced Education Support Professional to join their team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students, creating a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters academic success and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide individual and small group support to students with varying needs.

- Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management plans.
- Encourage and motivate students, promoting positive learning behaviours.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
