Job Title: Specialist Classroom Support

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with additional needs and be able to provide high-quality support in the classroom. About the Role:
This Classroom Support position involves providing tailored support to children with varying additional needs, including ADHD, Autism, SEMH, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, or EAL. You will work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement individualized plans that cater to each child's unique requirements. Your key responsibilities will include liaising with the class teacher, reporting on children's progress, and assisting on trips and visits to local attractions.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience working with children with additional needs
  • Strong behaviour management and effective communication skills
  • A patient and empathetic approach
  • The ability to build professional relationships with both pupils and staff
