ClassRoom Support is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Chelmsford area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that students with special educational needs receive the support and guidance they require.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored learning plans for students with SEN, providing one-on-one support and guidance, and creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. You will also be expected to maintain a valid DBS certificate and participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your SEN knowledge and skills.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will have access to professional development opportunities and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
