About the Role:

As a Teaching Support Professional, you will provide one-on-one and group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in an SEN school. You will assist teachers with classroom activities and help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

The ideal candidate will be able to foster a safe and inclusive learning environment, collaborate with teachers and therapists, and provide motivation, encouragement, and positivity for students.

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN

Requirements:

  • No qualifications required, but previous experience with SEN is desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
