Grief Counselling Professional

**Key Features:**
• Competitive salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deliver bereavement support services to individuals and families through various formats
• Conduct regular assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized plans
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required by management
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
• A recognized degree in a related field (counselling, social work, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with relevant software applications
