About the Role

Farleigh Hospice is looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Bereavement Care Coordinator to lead our bereavement support services.

The successful candidate will provide emotional support to individuals and families experiencing grief and loss, utilizing a range of interventions including one-on-one counselling, group therapy, and community outreach. The role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bereavement support principles, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience). We offer a comprehensive benefits package, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment that fosters collaboration and growth.
