About the Role

This is a senior-level position that reports directly to the restaurant manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff members and ensuring that they meet high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Monitor and address any issues related to customer complaints or feedback.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the QSR industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
