As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for leading a team of extrusion specialists and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of extrusion specialists
* Maintain high-quality standards and efficiency within the factory setting
* Collaborate with other departments to drive results
* Manage and prioritize tasks effectively
* Develop and implement new processes to improve productivity

Requirements:
* 2 years of supervisory experience
* Knowledge of ISO9001
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent leadership skills and experience running a production department
* Ability to work a 12-hour shift on a 2-week rotation

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
