About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Deputy Clinical Manager to oversee the quality of care delivered within our clinical area. The successful candidate will be responsible for empowering and enabling the perioperative team, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care throughout their treatment journey. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for patients undergoing surgery
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes and staff experience
- Work collaboratively with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans for the perioperative department

Requirements
- Advanced specialist practice and knowledge of perioperative care
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of supervising others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and patients
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
