About the Role


This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Mental Health Care Associate to join our team. As a key member of our 24/7 service, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centred care, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.


Main Responsibilities


Your key duties will include:



  • Clinical handover and patient care planning
  • Medication administration and risk assessments
  • Discharge planning and supervising healthcare support workers

Person Specification


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A strong understanding of the Mental Health Act and dementia care mapping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and prioritize workload effectively
  • NMC Nursing Associate registration and relevant qualifications
