This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Registered Nurse (Mental Health, Adult or Learning Disability) to support patients in developing skills and confidence in activities of daily living and accessing community activities. Main Responsibilities:
  • Clinical handover from outgoing shifts to ensure seamless patient care
  • Allocation and planning of patient care and therapeutic activities tailored to individual needs
