  1. Conduct thorough assessments to understand patients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
  2. Implement evidence-based interventions to help individuals manage their mental health difficulties.
Requirements:
  • NMC registration with a minimum of 6 months validity.
  • MAPA training completion.
  • A minimum of 6 months post-qualification experience as a Community Psychiatric Nurse.
  • Ability to meet framework compliance requirements, including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References, and an updated CV.
  • Proof of right to work in the UK.
