About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nursing Associate to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care on our acute inpatient ward for older adults with organic mental health problems.

The successful candidate will have a Foundation Degree in Nursing Associate qualification and NMC registration, as well as GCSEs in English and Maths. Experience of working in teams under supervision and prioritizing own workload is essential. We also welcome candidates with an interest in physical health conditions and IT qualifications.

You will be responsible for supporting the ward team and Registered nurses, working in a pressured environment, and building effective working relationships. The ability to organize and respond efficiently to complex information is also crucial.

As a Registered Nursing Associate, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including 27 days' annual leave, flexible working options, and career development opportunities.
