Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a mental health clinician with experience in working with children, young people, and families to join our team as a Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner.

As part of our CAMHS Crisis and Home Treatment Teams, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide clinical leadership and contribute to the development of our dynamic service.

You will receive supervision from senior medical colleagues and protected study time to pursue your ACP qualification.

Main Duties

You will work independently assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with urgent mental health needs in the community.

You will work closely with partners across Primary and Secondary Care to ensure the most appropriate input is delivered in the most appropriate location.

You will be expected to share your expertise and knowledge with other services and act as a supervisor/mentor where appropriate.
