We're currently recruiting for a Receptionist role in our Rugeley Premier Inn. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your excellent customer service skills to welcome guests and make their stay with us unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and any other guest-related queries.
  • Be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.
