Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Administrator to join our team at Ritz Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role: As a Reception Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, providing a first-class service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Parcel Management: Receive, safekeep, and issue all parcels and registered mail to residents.
  • General Enquiries: Handle queries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Access Coordination: Coordinate and instruct access for services to the development, including utility companies, refuse collection, deliveries, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Apartment Inventories: Conduct thorough apartment inventories to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administration: Update databases, reference tenants, and process invoices in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in a front desk, reception, or concierge role.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Customer Service: Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and on own initiative.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and listening skills, with attention to detail.
