Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Administrator to join our team at Ritz Recruitment Ltd.
About the Role: As a Reception Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, providing a first-class service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- First Point of Contact: Handle all incoming calls, emails, and visitors, providing a professional and courteous service.
- Parcel Management: Receive, safekeep, and issue all parcels and registered mail to residents.
- General Enquiries: Handle queries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Access Coordination: Coordinate and instruct access for services to the development, including utility companies, refuse collection, deliveries, repairs, and maintenance.
- Apartment Inventories: Conduct thorough apartment inventories to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
- Administration: Update databases, reference tenants, and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or concierge role.
- Administrative Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and able to maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service: Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to work independently and on own initiative.
