Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Administrator to join our team at Ritz Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role: As a Reception Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, providing a first-class service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First Point of Contact: Handle all incoming calls, emails, and visitors, providing a professional and courteous service.
  • Parcel Management: Receive, safekeep, and issue all parcels and registered mail to residents.
  • General Enquiries: Handle queries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Access Coordination: Coordinate and instruct access for services to the development, including utility companies, refuse collection, deliveries, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Apartment Inventories: Conduct thorough apartment inventories to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:
