Temporary Reception/Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Temporary Reception/Administrator to join our team at Ritz Recruitment Ltd.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative residential apartment complex, providing exceptional customer service and community building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a first-class service to residents, handling general enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Manage parcel delivery and storage, ensuring timely and secure distribution.
  • Coordinate access for services, including utility companies, refuse collection, and maintenance.
  • Conduct apartment inventories and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including database updates, tenant referencing, and invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or concierge role.
  • Excellent administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
