Reception Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Temporary Reception/Administrator to join our team at Ritz Recruitment Ltd.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative residential apartment complex, providing exceptional customer service and community building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a first-class service to residents, handling general enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage parcel delivery and storage, ensuring timely and secure distribution.
- Coordinate access for services, including utility companies, refuse collection, and maintenance.
- Conduct apartment inventories and maintain accurate records.
- Perform administrative tasks, including database updates, tenant referencing, and invoicing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or concierge role.
- Excellent administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
