• Coordinating access for services, such as utility companies, refuse collection, and maintenance.
• Conducting apartment inventories and updating the database.
• Providing administrative support, including invoicing and referencing tenants.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a front desk or reception role.
• Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
