Key Responsibilities:

- Parcel management, including receiving, safekeeping, and issuing of parcels and registered mail.
- Coordinating access for services, such as utility companies, refuse collection, and maintenance.
- Conducting apartment inventories and updating the database.
- Providing administrative support, including invoicing and referencing tenants.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or reception role.
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
