Temporary Reception/Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Temporary Reception/Administrator to join our team at Ritz Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all deliveries to the main reception, including receiving, safekeeping, and issuing of parcels and registered mail
  • Handle general enquiries, including queries, complaints, and maintenance requests
  • Coordinate and instruct access for services to the development, such as utility companies, refuse collection, deliveries, repairs, and maintenance
  • Conduct apartment inventories and update the database
  • Provide administrative support, including referencing tenants and invoicing

Requirements:

  • Previous front desk/reception/concierge experience
  • Administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to work independently and on own initiative
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and hardworking attitude
