IT Service Desk Team Lead

TRIA is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical management and people management for a small team of 1st-line level support analysts. Your role will involve contributing to the wider development of the service desk team, dealing with escalated queries, and working with other members of the infrastructure, applications and network team to resolve more complex issues.
