About the Job:

Versatile Service Desk Support Specialist wanted for a 3-month contract role in Bristol. You will provide IT support for service desk issues handled by telephone or email, focusing on ITIL, Service Now, and iManage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and resolve tickets (non-law firm specific and law firm specific)
  • Strong experience with ITIL, Service Now, and Law Firm applications like iManage
  • Recent IT Service Desk experience within the legal sector
  • Previous experience working within a legal Service Desk Analyst role
  • Windows 10/11 administration and support
  • Service Now experience essential
  • Law firm applications like iManage
  • ITIL practices - implementing best practices
  • Microsoft Office applications (M365) - administration and support
  • Active Directory experience
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Excellent diagnostic and resolution skills
  • Proficiency using ITSM ticket management systems - Service Now

Requirements:

  • Recent IT Service Desk experience within the legal sector
  • Previous experience working within a legal Service Desk Analyst role
