Job Title: Service Desk Engineer (Fixed Term Contract)

Location: UK

Salary: £30,000

The Role:

  • Handle technical support tickets, resolve user issues, and ensure the efficient operation of computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for remote technical issues.
  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to minimize user disruptions.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Be proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Have knowledge of MS Client operating systems.
  • Be proficient in MS Office 365, Office 2016, Office 2010, and SharePoint.
