Job Title: Service Desk Engineer

Location: Bristol

Salary: £30,000

The Role:

  • Provide technical support to users, resolving issues with computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Act as the first point of contact for remote technical issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism and a proactive approach.

The Candidate:

  • Proactive and capable of working in a dynamic environment, with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Client operating systems, including MS Office 365, Office 2016, Office 2010, and SharePoint.

The Package:

Base salary: up to £30,000
