Job Title: Service Desk Engineer

Location: Bristol

Salary:£30,000

The Role:

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to users, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide first-line support for remote technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain the smooth operation of computer systems, software, and hardware.

The Candidate:

  • Proactive and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in MS Client operating systems and Microsoft Office 365, Office 2016, and Office 2010.
  • Experience with SharePoint is a plus.

The Package:

Competitive base salary: up to £30,000
