Service Desk Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Technician to join our team in Bristol. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing IT support to our external clients through various channels, including email, ticketing systems, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective IT support to external clients
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • Experience in an MSP environment
  • Relevant IT qualification
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
