Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team at Saint-Gobain Cristaleria, SL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum matric and/or Bachelor of Commerce Degree and at least five years of experience in sales or key account management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with channel strategy to meet customer and retail objectives.
  • Oversee account plan implementation, including negotiation of trading terms to optimize volume, product mix, and profitability.
  • Manage account relationships to ensure productive engagements across customers and internal teams.
  • Drive new product launches within the account to meet sales and Product Leadership goals.
  • Facilitate the exchange of information between customers, sales teams, and departments to maintain supply-demand balance.
  • Build and nurture key customer relationships to enhance customer intimacy and insight.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement measurable demand creation activities aligned with the account plan.
  • Report on overall account performance, including gap analysis, improvement opportunities, and inter-business performance metrics to align departmental contributions and enhance service, sales, and customer satisfaction.

The role also requires commercial awareness and the ability to travel nationally.
