Job Title: Recovery Account Manager

Location: Richmond upon Thames

Estimated Salary: approximately £52,000 per annum (based on industry standards)

Page Personnel Sales is seeking a highly skilled Recovery Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections and recoveries, with experience in bad debt collection, insolvency, litigation, and asset recovery.

About the Job:

  • Manage a portfolio of arrears cases within the 60-90 aged debt category
  • Arrange sustainable repayment plans
  • Review cases for bad debt provision recommendation
  • Review accounts where recovery is unlikely or not cost-effective

Responsibilities:

  1. Portfolio management
  2. Sustainable repayment plan arrangement
  3. Bad debt provision recommendation review
  4. Accounts review for unlikely or not cost-effective recovery

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2/3 years of collections/recoveries experience in bad debt collection, insolvency, litigation, and asset recovery
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of contract and consumer credit
