You will be responsible for overseeing the entire income collection and arrears process within a designated area, closely monitoring housing debt and guiding customers through the recovery journey until a resolution is reached. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for presenting cases to court.

A strong approach to customer service, combined with experience in customer account management and debt recovery, makes this role perfect for those passionate about helping others. Our attractive salary package includes £30,021 - £34,770 per annum in Norwich and £33,018 - £38,325 per annum in London.
